The Market

[Allule]

Bustling with activity once again, after being deserted for so long, the market was filled with people once again. But the Hands of Shadow seemed to be everywhere and yet no where at once. Perhaps it is here that our heroes will find their first clue as to what on earth is occuring within The World.

[Jagues]

Soma started walking around keeping a sharp eye out for enemies that could be anywhere and for one of those allies she heard about.

[Nintendofreak]

The Nintendofreak began thinking to himself about all that was happening, "Why was I sent here, well regardless, a better question is why would I need anything from this market? I just got here and a Panda told me I needed better equipment, how the heck would he know" *grumble, grumble* "GRUMBLE VOLCANO!!!" People in the market looked strangely at the Nintendofreak as he just shouted that out of nowhere.

[Allule]

One man imparticular looked intently at the pair of people. There seemed to be a strange aura around him. Dressed in black with red stripes occaisionally splashed across his torso, and his face completely covered, he looked rather suspicious in the otherwise colorful unorganized market.

[zeph]

Zeph looked for a weaponsmith among the buildings, It was time to make a new weapon for himself since he had lost his in the previous war he was in. " May I use your anvil and forge my good man , you will be payed for the use of them." Zeph pulls out a pouch of metals and gems and begins to get to work.

[Jagues]

Soma was walking around looking at all the stalls but none had the equipment that she was looking for. She looked up at eyed a strange man wearing some kinda of cloak he was looking in her direction Soma started to walk towards him.

[Nintendofreak]

The Nintendofreak couldn't believe his eyes. "WHAT THE CRAP?" He had just found a SNES cartridge with the label Super Nova on it. "I have been looking all over for this." A dealer had had this in a box below his dealing area. "Yeah I was going to just throw this out, you can have if for free." The Nintendofreak couldn't believe his luck as he had no money from wherever he was. "YESH, YESH" The Nintendofreak shouted clutching the cartridge in his hand. "Thanks you"

[Allule]

The vendors were more than happy to have some new customers after all of the time they had been without them. And many treasures and whatnot still lay within the market.

The man in black sighted Soma and began to walk the other way. Perhaps it was just concidence. Then again perhaps not.

[Jagues]

Soma followed the strange person "I dont know who you are but im going to find out." Soma said to herself as she was walking toward the person.

[zeph]

Zeph appeared behind Soma " I wouldn't bother following im right now, nothing but trouble. Plus I don't want to have to put you back together". Zeph looked grim with this statement.

[Ashador]

Jaffar and Kyosuke had been walking around the market and hadn't seen anything that interested them. Then they came across a small gun shop. It only had one gun but it was one that Kyosuke had been looking for. It was a top of the line Rail gun that he hasn't been able to afford or find for that matter. "Hey, Would you be willing to trade that Rail gun for my shotgun and rifle?" Kyosuke asked. "Why sure, Stranger," said the merchant "but I oughta warn ya ammo for this is rather expensive." "That's all right" Kyosuke said " I'll just be needing one shell for it thank you." so the merchant took Kyosuke's rifle and shotgun and gave him the Rail gun and one bullet. Kyosuke took the bullet and began etching a rune in it with his knife. once he was done the bullet glowed in his hand and tuned blue . then he stuck in the gun and walked off with his new prize.

The man in black moved steadily beyond the market and deeper into a less populated part of the city.

[Jagues]

Soma shook the pale guys hand off and followed the man in the black cloak going further into the city. She looked back at the other guy and said "I dont know who you are or what your talking about but leave me alone.

[zeph]

"she leaves me no choice" Zeph thought to himself. He grabbed Soma and with one hand put over her forehead sucked enough energy from her to knock her out. "Now at least you wont die" Zeph said lowly. He looked up to see a flock of seagulls flying overhead; which was a rare and relaxing sight for him.........BOOM.......next thing he knew he was covered in bits of gull and gull feathers.

Jaffar turned and noticed Kyosuke had bought a new gun. "you by that for the guy tailing us?" he asked. "Oh, yeah." replied Kyosuke, "they won't know what hit them" Kyosuke took aim at one of the guys in black robes that was on top of a building he took aim charged the rail gun and fired. Unfortunately since the gun was brand new the scope had not been sighted very well so it fired way left and blew up a flock of sea gulls. He didn't particularly know why but he felt he was going to regret blowing up those sea gulls later on.
