Gilgamesh, however, used the forward momentum of the axe to swing it all the way around his head, bringing it forward to parry the spike expertly. You'll have to do better than that to stop me., he said shortly, twisting the axe until it had knocked Alts arm out of the way completely. then he made a great jump, attempting to bring the axe down on Alts head as he went.

[Ashador]

Alt quickly ducked under his mid air opponent and got behind him. As Gilgamesh's axe slammed to the ground Alt try to drive the stake into his back.

Gilgamesh's hand shot out behind him and grabbed the hand that was thrusting the spike, using it to vault upwards and over his attackers head and behind him, where he attempted to kick Alts head off of his shoulders. He knew he would be at a bit of a disadvantage without his weapon, but perhaps this move would be enough to catch Alt off guard...

The Kick landed solidly on Alt's head.... however he was hardly phased by it. "Hmph" Alt said in a rather dull and sarcastic voice " That almost stung a little" as he said this he began to turn and fire his mini-gun at Gilgamesh at point-blank range.

[Allule]

Gilgamesh, however, simply jumped out of the way, once again going right over Alt's head. This time however, he landed solidly on the handle of the axe which was sticking up from the ground like some sort of bladed Lever, and effectively removing it from the ground. Grabbing the thing in mid air, he quickly swung it towards Alt's waiting back.

Char watched the fight from above. She was shocked to see how quickly the men had pronounced the other their enemy; Not even considering the idea that the latter may be of use to them, or someone. Keeping her balance in the high palm tree, she carefully pulled up the dark green hood over her hair to hide her feminine qualities. She slid the dark glasses higher up on her nose and glared down at the two large men. The fight was growing quickly into a more serious conjunction. Did they not realize the stone that was so fragile lay on the ground beside them, while they fought so viciously? Did they not know that the simple spell could be reused again? They needed a distraction.

Char pulled out a green tipped arrow and aimed for the ground at their feet. She released and watched just long enough to see that the arrow had fufiled its purpose. She then leaped nimbly to the ground and began to run. Not quite sure where she was going, she twisted and curved among the trees. Char wondered if she should go back to save the stone, or make her escape.

now that Gilgamesh was once again behind him Alt figured he would try and spook him. He fired off his afterburners which shot out about five feet behind him. this shot him forward out of range of Gilg's attack and hopefully scared him a little to get him off guard.

[Allule]

Gilgamesh's attack fell wide of where it was supposed to land, catching the weilder off guard. Thinking quickly, he reailized this battle was getting no where. So he put the ax on his back again and called out. "This is getting us no where quickly. What is it you want? Perhaps we can reach some sort of truce..."

[Ashador]

" well if you really must know" started Alt " I was looking for the legendary blades and stumbled upon this little island. Having one of the wielders randomly walk up on the very same island seemed to good to be true, but never look a gift horse in the mouth i guess. I was going to wait and see what to do but may partner made the bad move of communicating with me giving me away. So the only way this stops is if you give me the blade, one of us kills the other, or one of us runs away. The only way the final option happens for me is if my boss gives me a direct order, so it would appear we are at a stale mate."

[Allule]

"Stalemate, Eh?" and then without any further warning, Gilgamesh froze the air around them, using static electricity. "Well, you may think so, but I know otherwise." He said, getting a few steps closer to Alt, but being carful not to touch him. "This is far from a stalemate. I however, don't feel like killing you, so I am going to adjourn to The City of Lights. Have fun here on this deserted Island." and with that Gilgamesh was gone.

[Ashador]

Alt looked around after Gilgamesh left. "well looks like I'd better report in." he put his hand up to his ear and pressed the call button on his head set. "Base this is Alt come in."

[Jagues]

Soma's voice came in and asked "Yes what do you want?"

[Ashador]

"well i just wanted to personally thank you for making the last few weeks of my search a complete waste of time." Said Alt with quit the bit of sarcasm, " I also could use my current coordenants so i can get off this bloody island."

[Jagues]

"Lets see you happen to be in the middle of the sea but why dont you teleport back to the base to get your new orders and to rest for a bit." Soma told Alt
