Here is where you make your new character. Please make certain to read the rules and to follow the character guide lines. You can either put it in the Application board, or the Work in Progress board. In the Application board, it will be checked by Staff.

Here is where the characters that have been accepted are. If you have an accepted character, and want to edit something about it, just edit your accepted profile and then bump it with another post so it can be re-checked by staff.

This is a very important board, and it will display the staff appointments, as well as the Staff posts that are currently open. There is also a board for Staff Applications, which will only be visible when there is a need for staff.

Here is where you should post any art work you've got going on! Also, the official art for the site should be in a thread here somewhere. Feel free to make a post to show off your work, in particular work related to the site!

Once an Ancient forest, this park has been narrowed down to a fairly large piece of land which has been deemed a 'Park'. Now weeded out and infested with benches and small play grounds.

However, even with the loss of so many of the Trees, the old forest still retains some of it's magic; living on within the few clumps heavy with trees. This place hosts at least 1 Shadow Realm: The Realm of the Elves.

Sub-board: The Realm of the Elves

This portion of the realm is the most under control of the New Day company, even going so far as to be gated off from the Sea and Outskirts. Things are heavily controlled here as well, with only Steamforged and Humanoids being able to come and go freely. Only a few Shadow realms exist here, and they are heavily controlled by the Company. Here also lies the entrance to the New Day company's building. It is rumored also that a small group of Resistance have managed to take over one of the Gated entrances to this part of the city.

The further out of the city you go the further away from the iron grip of the New Day company you get. Out here there is some growth, not so ruthlessly stamped out as in the Upper City. There are also older buildings, more historic structures that have withstood the test of time as well as the restructuring of the New Day. This portion of the city is obviously also not quite as well taken care of, resulting in some shabby residences and some shady characters. If you need something done that might be less than agreeable with some people, then this is the place to go. A plethora shadow realms exist here as well, many allowed to thrive without someone to watch them.

This is the major body of water that borders the majority of the west side of the Realm, and is pretty much the only thing not entirely visible from the New Day building. Scattered among these rough waters are various Islands, as well as Shadow Realms and other mysterious things.
The waters themselves are rough and almost as dangerous as what is said to be on its surface, rarely seeing the light of day. It is said that one of the islands, one which was long ago lost to those of the public eye, was the place where The Sword, Necros was cracked and eventually broken, only to be reforged. It is also conjectured by many that the Shadow Realm from which the Resistance hail must exist somewhere out here, out of New Day's reach.

The depths is the place where a large amount of the dark life, such as the Dark Elves, Trolls and other more insidious peoples originate from. It is, essentially, a series of caves, some minuscule, some massive. The massive ones could be big enough to hold even a city... Or a shadow realm. However, no such shadow realm has been found. The New Day Company had been working to close these outlets in its early years, but due to the difficulty and scope of the project, it was abandoned not long after the founding of the company.
